What's the difference between henna and brow stain?
Both tint the brows, but henna gives a softer, more natural skin-staining effect while brow stain delivers a sharper, more defined finish.
How long do henna or brow stain last?
On the skin, about 5–10 days. On the brow hairs, up to 4 weeks — depending on your skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle.
What is brow lamination?
A treatment that smooths and lifts your brow hairs into place for a fuller, fluffier look. Results last 4–8 weeks with proper care.
What are ombre brows?
A semi-permanent tattoo technique that creates a soft, shaded makeup look (lighter at the front, darker at the tail). Results last 1–3 years depending on skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle.
Does the ombre brow treatment hurt?
Most clients feel minimal discomfort. We use numbing cream to keep you comfortable throughout.
What are lash clusters, and how long do they last?
Lash clusters are small groups of lashes applied for a fuller look, perfect for special events or short-term wear. Appointments take 30–45 minutes and results last 3–10 days depending on care.
Can I still get services if I have sparse brows?
Absolutely. Every service is customized to enhance what you have, even very thin or sparse brows.
How long do brow appointments take?
Most brow services take 30–60 minutes. Ombre/permanent brow appointments run 2–3 hours.
Can I wear makeup after my appointment?
For most services, yes. Just avoid the brow area for 24 hours. Ombre brows require a longer healing window, and Jen will walk you through the full aftercare.
Is there any downtime?
Most services just ask that you avoid getting the area wet or steamy for 24 hours after your appointment. Ombre brows may have mild healing for 7–10 days.
How often should I come in for maintenance?
Will brow waxing change how my hair grows back?
Nope! Waxing doesn't affect hair thickness. Your brows will grow back exactly the same.
